Time and Venue for Gathering

The date and time of the venue for the year end party has been decided. It will be held on Tuesday, 23rd of December. We will first gather at the Gin Tama at Hiyoshi Station and proceed from there. Early estimation of budget per person is 3500 yen. And for the time being, the venue is to set at The Hub but if you have a better suggestion, please do suggest.
